MAS21-003 BY TWO YEARS FROM OCTOBER 13TH, 2025 TO OCTOBER 13TH, 2027 ON A LETTER THAT REQUESTS AN EXTENSION IS DATED ON AUGUST 8TH, 2025. THE REASON FOR THE EXTENSION IS BEING REQUESTED AS THE FINAL MAP HAS YET TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE COUNTY.

EXT25-007 WOULD BE THE SECOND DISCRETIONARY EXTENSION OF THE APPROVED TENTATIVE MAP, AND MAY REMAIN ELIGIBLE FOR TWO ADDITIONAL 12-MONTH EXTENSIONS, FOR A MAXIMUM TOTAL OF SIX YEARS OF DISCRETIONARY EXTENSIONS ALLOWED UNDER THE SUBDIVISION MAP ACT. THIS IS THE VICINITY OF THE PROJECT SITE OUTLINED IN RED.

THIS IS AN APPROVED TENTATIVE MAP WHICH DISPLAYS THE LAYOUT OF THE 84 RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND ETERNAL ROADS OF THE CIRCULATION BETWEEN DANFORTH ROAD AND FIR AVENUE, WHERE COLDEN AVENUE IS CURRENTLY DEAD ENDS. DOWNWARD ROAD WILL BE CONNECTED BY FIR AVENUE THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION OF COLDEN AVENUE AS A THIRD ROAD.
