4 MORE LOCATIONS IN STANISLAUS, SAN JOAQUIN AND MERCED AND IT WILL CUT DOWN TO BRING THE COST DOWN AND THE TEAM IS MOVING FORWARD. WE CAN MOVE TO THE NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE.

THE CONSTRUCTION CAPITAL COST IS COST IS 11.6 MILLION, AND THE END OF DESIGN, WHICH IS READY FOR CONSTRUCTION, IS JANUARY OF 2026, NOT 2026.

FIVE. SORRY ABOUT THAT. THAT'LL BE TOO LATE. OKAY.

SO NEXT PROJECT IS 10-1M140, WHICH IS SERIES MERCED 59 4-LANE WIDENING AND THAT ONE IS NORTH OF WEST 16TH STREET TO SOUTH OF BUENA VISTA DRIVE.

OUR NEXT PROJECT IS 59 MERCED ANCHOR PROJECT.

THIS IS FROM . IT INCLUDES OWEN CREEK, MILES CREEK, AND DEADMANS CREEK BRIDGES AND ITS CONSTRUCTION CAPITAL IS 20 PLUS MILLION. TOTAL COST IS 27 MILLION.

SO THE CRITICAL PATH HERE IS CENTRAL VALLEY FLOOD PROTECTION BOARD PERMIT.

SO TO GET THAT, WE HAD TO ASK FOR EXTENSION TO DELIVER THIS PROJECT.

SO WE GOT THAT EXTENSION OF 12 MONTHS. SO WE ARE USING THIS TIME TO ADD SOME COMPLETE STREET SCOPE TO THE PROJECT WHICH WILL WHICH IS, WHICH HAS INCREASED THE COST AND WE'LL BE GOING TO CTC FOR SOME EXTRA FUNDS.

SO THE ADDITIONAL SCOPE IS WE'LL BE ADDING FLASHING BEACON CROSSWALK AND WE'LL BE HAVING ADDING DRYWALL TO ADDRESS FLOODING ISSUE ON 59 AND YOU KNOW, REQUEST A SIDEWALK.

BUT I REPORTED LAST TIME SIDEWALKS ARE NOT FEASIBLE DUE TO THE HIGH SPEED AT THIS SECTION.

SO THE TEAM IS EVALUATING ADDITIONAL RESOURCES AND COSTS, WHICH WILL USE TO COME UP WITH A SUPPLEMENT FUND REQUEST AT THE END OF DESIGN. WE MOVE FURTHER. WEST.

OH, OKAY. TO LOS BANOS 152 PAVEMENT ANCHOR PROJECT.

THIS PROJECT PROPOSES CURB RAMPS, DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALKS, CLASS TWO BIKE LANE AND IT WILL UPGRADE EXISTING DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND ADD INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION ELEMENTS. THE WE STARTED DESIGN PHASE IN JUNE OF LAST YEAR.

WE MET IN OCTOBER WITH CITY ON THEIR REQUEST FOR WEST I STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND LOOKING FOR AND THEIR CONTRIBUTION.

A MEETING WITH THE CITY AND IS SCHEDULED ON JANUARY 22ND, TO FURTHER DISCUSS THAT THIS CONSTRUCTION CAPITAL IS CLOSE TO 30 MILLION AND THE DESIGN WILL BE DONE, WHICH WILL BE READY FOR CONSTRUCTION IN 2026.

MARCH OF 2026. NEXT PROJECT IS 59 GERARD AVENUE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. THIS PROJECT IS PROPOSING A ROUNDABOUT CURB RAMPS, LIGHTNING FLASHING BEACON, DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, SIGNAGE AND STRIPING.

OKAY. THE CRITICAL PATH IS ONE PARCEL, AND WE ARE GOING TO CTC WITH THE RUN FOR THIS PARCEL.

WE ARE STILL NEGOTIATING WITH OWNERS OF 4 PARCELS AND WE HAVE ACQUIRED ONE.

SO WE ARE HOPEFUL. UTILITY PLAN. WE ARE WORKING WITH THE UTILITIES AND

PG&E TRANSMISSION LINE IS A CRITICAL PATH RIGHT NOW.

WE HOPE TO GET IT FINALIZED BY MARCH 2025 AND THE AT&T AND COMCAST RELOCATION ARE TIED TO THE PG&E PLANS. CONSTRUCTION CAPITAL IS 4.5 MILLION, AND WE HAVE TO DELIVER THIS PROJECT BY JUNE OF 2025.

YEAH. OH, OKAY. NEXT PROJECT IS MONSTER 33 CURB RAMPS SIDEWALK DRIVEWAY PROJECT. THIS IS AT TWO LOCATIONS.

IT'S AT GUSTINE AND DOS PALOS. AND THIS PROJECT IS A CONSTRUCTION CAPITAL OF 5 MILLION.

IT'S PROJECT IS 95% COMPLETE. DOS PALOS WORK IS NEARLY DONE.

GUSTINE WORK IS WORKING TO COMPLETE PRETTY SOON.

THE REMAINING TASK IS PG&E WALLS THAT NEEDS TO BE RAISED TO THE GRADE AND WE ALSO HAVE RAPID FLASHING BEACON CROSSWALK NEAR THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, WHICH IS AWAITING PG&E SERVICE CONNECTION.

SO THE ACTION ITEM FROM LAST MEETING, WE HAD YOU KNOW, UNSHELTERED HOUSING UNDER 99 CHARLES AVENUE AND THIS IS THE IN ON IN THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 16TH, OUR MAINTENANCE PEOPLE, USING THE CONTRACT THEY WENT THROUGH AND ADDRESSED THESE LOCATIONS.

THEY'LL USE THEIR THEY HAVE A HAZMAT CONTRACT, AND THEY'LL USE THAT TO COME BACK AND LOOK AROUND.

THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR CARS TO PASS THERE AND IT SEEMS LIKE THIS IS THOSE TWO BRIDGES IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS PROJECT.

ARE YOU INCLUDING THESE BRIDGES IN THAT AS WELL? BECAUSE RIGHT NOW, LIKE I SAID, IT'S VERY DANGEROUS.

SO WE WILL SPLIT IN TWO AND THE SECTION THAT'S OVERLAPPING CITIES PROJECT, WE WILL MAKE IT FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION ONLY AND CONTRIBUTE THAT MONEY TO THAT PROJECT. THE FUNDING SOURCES HAVE DIFFERENT TIMELINES.

LINES. SO FOR ONE, WHEN THE CITY IS ABLE TO GO TO CONSTRUCTION FOR THEIR PROJECT, CALTRANS IS IS PAYING FOR PART OF THAT PROJECT.

SO THEY'RE BASICALLY TAKING THAT PORTION FROM THEIR PAVEMENT ANCHOR AND PUTTING IT IN THE CITY'S PROJECT, AND THEY'RE GOING TO HELP PAY FOR IT. SO THEY ARE ON DIFFERENT TIMELINES, BUT THERE'S NOT GOING TO BE A DUPLICATION OF EFFORT.

THE PROJECTS ARE COMPLETELY COORDINATED. BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THAT MAKES I DON'T KNOW IF THAT ANSWERS YOUR QUESTION.

THAT'S A LITTLE OVER $800,000 IN REVENUE THAT WE DID NOT BUDGET.

AND AS WE DID PREVIOUSLY, WE ARE GOING TO ALLOCATE THOSE FUNDS TOWARDS OUR FUTURE CELL CONSTRUCTION UP THERE AT THE HIGHWAY 59 SITE.

SO RIGHT NOW WE'VE GOT JUST ONE RANCH THAT IS STILL BRINGING MATERIAL TO US, AND THEY THINK THEY'VE GOT ABOUT 10 TO 12 DAYS LEFT OF COMING IN. WE'RE SEEING ABOUT 5 OR 6 TRUCKS A DAY.
